Practice Analysis $950.00
The practice analysis is a 13 page report to identify practice strengths and weaknesses. Also included is an industry standard comparison of your practice to other practices in your area. Some of the areas analyzed are production, collection ratios, new patient averages, salary and other cost comparisons, fee schedules, insurance efficiency, financial plans and much more.
Monthly Meeting Options
Solo Practice with up to eight staff members*
4 Hours of meeting time $2800.00
This may be one meeting per month or two 2 hour meetings.**
Solo Practice with up to eight staff members*
3 Hours of meeting time $2375.00
One meeting per month.**
Solo Practice with up to eight staff members*
1 ½ Hours of meeting time $1575.00
One meeting per month.**
*Second doctor or location (up to sixteen staff members) additional 50% of solo practice fee
**Meetings also include monthly computerized management reports to monitor progress and an annual 11 page business plan projection. Also included is ½ hour of telephone time per month.
NO CONTRACT to sign; Services are billed by the 27th of each month and are due by the first of the following month.
Excess time above standard monthly agreements will be billed at $750. per hour.
